Tenille’s Tangy Chicken Marinade

I have never had much luck with chicken.  Either it’s dry and overdone or beautiful on the outside and pink in the middle.  I have actually avoided making this American staple…until now!  I have the perfect marinade for chicken breasts on the grill.  I hope you love it as much as we did!

Serves 3 to 4
Ingredients:
1 pound or 3 to 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup A1 Sauce

In a bowl combine all ingredients except chicken.  Whisk together.  Submerge chicken into the mixture.  Place it in the refrigerator 6 hours or up to overnight.  Preheat grill on high for 10 minutes.  Grill chicken until the internal temperature reaches 155 degrees.  This will be about 10 minutes on the first side and 8 minutes on the other side, but it will vary based on your grill and chicken thickness.   Warning:  Do not overcook.   Place chicken on a platter and tent with foil to rest for 5 minutes.  Eat up!
